Cement and other inert material storage silos are usually filled in with air conveying systems or silo-vehicles or other static systems.
Air that is diffused during the silo’s filling procedure contains large amounts of dust and it has to be filtered before it is released to the environment.
Air filtering is achieved using self-cleaning filters which are usually placed on the top of the silos.
For maximum reliability of filter’s function, maximum-level pointers and pressure valves must be placed at the silos.
